HaSviva was founded by a group of women, most of whom are employed in the general workforce, who are cognizant of the needs particular to the frum woman in the workplace. Our mission is to empower frum women to navigate the challenges they face in the workplace while fostering personal development.

 

HaSviva’s tools include:  

• teleconferences & seminars

• networking & support groups

• mentoring

• student training & preparedness

• referrals to other resources

 

HaSviva was created with the encouragement and endorsement of Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky, shlita, and other Rabbonim. HaSviva operates many of its programs in conjunction with Agudah Women of America.
